Process

Informal chat

Firstly we will have an informal chat either in person, by email or using Skype or FaceTime. This will give us an idea of what you want from your website, how you want it to look, what content you already have, logos, text and images and any specific features you require e.g. booking system, photo gallery etc. If you do not have content or images we can help you with sourcing content if required.

Additional costs

After our initial chat we will advise you if any of the features or help with content incur any additional costs. If you would prefer not to have additional cost we can discuss alternatives.

Summary & quote

We will then email you a no obligation summary of our discussion and a final price quote.

Confirmation

If you are happy with our quote and would like us to proceed with building your website we will ask you to confirm this by email and then forward us all the logos, images and text you want to have on your website.

Initial payment and 7 day cooling off period

Once you have confirmed you would like us to build your website and forwarded us your content we will bill you for 50% of the total cost of your website. After we have received your initial payment there is a 7 day cooling off period where you may cancel your website and receive a full refund. If you would prefer not to wait for the 7 day cooling off period please let us know (no refunds will be given if you then cancel your website) and we will start working on your website straight away.

Building

After the 7 day cooling off period we will begin building your website, we will keep in regular contact with you keeping you up to date with everything.

Review basic website

Once we have all your content in place we will ask you to review a basic version your website to make sure you are happy and make any required changes.

Styling

After all content changes are made we will then start to style your website again, we will keep in regular contact with you during this process.

Styling confirmation

After we have finished styling your website we will ask you to confirm you are happy and make any required changes.

Optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Security

Once you are happy with the styling of your website we will begin optimising your site, setting up Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and installing security features.

Launch

Preview and final confirmation

We will send you a temporary link to your site to allow you to browse it at your leisure, you can then advise us of any final changes you require.

Domain Name, Hosting setup & Launch

We will upload your website to your specified hosting account using your domain name then test the website again to make sure there are no issues. If you do not already have a domain name we can help you purchase one. Your website will then be made ‘live’

Maintenance

We offer maintenance packages for our websites which include content updates, security updates and website backups. You do not have to take a maintenance package but we highly recommend you do. Not taking a maintenance package with your website is done at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for any issues caused to your website from maintenance that is not conducted by us.
